If you go for the Refund option, you must agree with the following points.
1. The time given by us to the destination of your product must have expired.
2. If it has arrived within the relevant period but is damaged, send us a photo of it.
3. Send us a short description of sufficient evidence for the refund option.
After considering those facts, we will give you a fixed number of days and within that time we will make sure to conduct a thorough investigation of your problem and give you a quick solution.
But if you do not have enough evidence for that, your request cannot be considered further.
